Dear father of Peter John Milley and his wife Jayne of Kingston, ON, Maria Christine McMillan of U.A.E., Rev. Timothy Raymond Milley of Deseronto, ON, and Christopher Mossman Milley and his wife Joyce of Halifax, NS. Loving grandfather to Justin Peter and Andrew Raymond Milley, Jeffery Charles McMillan (Anastasia), Sarah Layne Voiles (Lucus), Jonathan Isaac McMillan, Victoria Jennifer Milley (Dan), Brett Andrew Milley (Stella), Sydney Nicole Miller, Ian Mossman Milley, Ellen Palesa Milley (Robert Pomerleau), Sean Christopher Milley (Tiffany Boutillier) and great-grandfather of Alexander, Abbey, Palesa, Maria Victoria (Masha) and Lucus. Dear brother to Jean Reynolds of Charlotte, NC and brother-in-law to Muriel Milley of Daytona, FL, Margaret Milley of Toronto, ON and Lynne Wolfe (Ingram) of Lunenburg, NS. Predeceased by brothers Harvey and Ross Milley and sister Doris Skinner. He will also be fondly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews, especially Peggy Loveys (Barry) of Manotick, ON, other family members, all of Nova Scotia, as well as his church family at Edith Rankin Church. Reverend Milley was ordained into the United Church of Canada, on June 13, 1949, and along with Reah, faithfully served his Lord at churches in Victoria, NL, Bear River and Brooklyn, NS, Camalachie, Madoc, Kingston and Smiths Falls, ON, retiring from the ministry in 2003, as associate pastor at Edith Rankin Memorial United Church in Kingston, ON. In keeping with Reverend Milley's wishes, cremation will be followed by inurnment beside his beloved Reah, at Fort Point Cemetery, in LaHave, NS. A memorial service in celebration of Raymond's life and ministry, will be held at EDITH RANKIN MEMORIAL UNITED CHURCH (4080 Bath Road) Kingston, ON, on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at the Church, on Tuesday, July 6, between the hours of 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm., as well as just prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Edith Rankin Memorial United Church or to Brigantine Inc. in Reverend Milley's memory.
