SHANNON, Evelyn May (nee Arney) - Passed away peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Friday, July 9, 2010 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Thomas James (Jim) Shannon. Dear sister of Marguerite, Ruth, Franklin and Cecil. Resting at the James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Boulevard) on Monday, July 12 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, July 13 at 1:30pm. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Diabetes Association and to the U.H.K.F. (Cancer Centre of S.E. Ontario) would be appreciated by the family.
